Shipment Questions

When will I receive my order ?

All of our wholesale bundles are pre-order at the moment, so after the 1-3 months it takes to put together your order, it will be shipped out and should take around 3-7 days to get to you typically. Weather, holidays, and other circumstances can affect this time frame.
What days do you ship ?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
What shipping services do you offer?

You can choose your choice of shipping service at checkout. We typically use USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the USA at the moment, this may change in the future as we grow :)
Where are you based ?

We are based in the USA :) All orders will be sent from here !
How much is shipping ?

Shipping is based on the size and weight of your order, you will receive all the options for your package's size and weight at checkout :)

Inventory Questions

Are your items secondhand ?

Yes, almost all of our items are secondhand !

Will items have flaws?

As most of our items are secondhand, they may have small signs of wear such as piling, minor stains, minor tears, etc. Nothing will be super major / unwearable / unsellable !
Do you wash the items ?

Yes, we wash ALL of our items before sending them out to you. If you are sensitive to scented detergent or cats, we recommend washing again.
What brands are the items ?

Items will come in a variety of brands, depending on the bundle you purchase. A lot of the brands will be Japanese, but we also have modern, Y2K, Korean, and all sorts of brands !

What size are the clothes ?

ALL bundles will be MIXED SIZE. This means you will receive a variety of sizes, most items will probably be between XS-L. Sizing may be Japanese, European, or American sizing or others.
